Rackspace launches cloud hosting

Rackspace, the ultimate leader in the web hosting industry, has unveiled cloud hosting. The cloud hosting services offered by rackspace are called cloud files, cloud sites and cloud servers.

The first service, cloud sites starts at $100/month, runs on both Linux and windows, and rackspace claims it to be the fastest way to put sites on the cloud. The second service, cloud files starts at $0.15/GB and can be scaled to store unlimited amount of data. The third service, cloud servers starts at just $20/month and is currently available in only Linux.
